When your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your order.
How do I change or cancel my order?
Hugging Bubbles does not usually accept changes or cancellations once an order has been processed.
How do I return my order?
Hugging Bubbles wants you to be happy with your order. If you want to return a product please contact us and we will send you a return authorization with more information. Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on orders made through other online retailers, such as Etsy or Amazon. We only allow returns on items purchased through this site on this site.

Unfortunately no. Once you have checked out, we can't change the email address attached to the order, but please contact us and we'll be happy to provide you with your order information.
Does Hugging Bubbles offer product samples?
We frequently include product samples with our orders made through our website. However we're unable to separately ship samples separately at this time.
Are your products gluten-free?
We do not make products containing gluten. However our products are made in area where gluten products are made. We make every effort to avoid cross contamination, but there's always a risk. Please be sure to check our website for ingredient information and our product labels before use.

We do make some products containing sweet almond oil. We make every effort to avoid cross contamination, but there's always a risk. Please be sure to check our website for ingredient information and our product labels before use.
Do you have any fragrance free products?
Scent is important to our brand and naturally occurring. In order for us to offer truly fragrance free products we would have to introduce synthetic ingredients that block the scents of the plant oils and butters. This is not the direction we would like to go at this time.
How do I store my products at home?
Please store in a dark, cool and dry place away from sunlight and excess heat. Glass jars and tins make perfect storage containers. If you are using our products in your bath or shower please allow to completely dry before storing.
How do I know of my product is fresh?
All of our products have a sticker with two dates. The date they were made and the date they expire. Please use our soaps and other skin products within 14 months of purchase. Please use our face masks within 6 months.
Do you offer discounts or promotions?
Our products hardly ever go on sale, but when they do we do not use promo codes. We allow the sale to be open to everyone.
